Setting Up a New Account:
To set up a new utility account, please complete the Utility Service Application form and email it to the Utility Clerk at WaterClerk@CityOfRogersTx.gov.

Required Documents:
Identification Card or Driver’s License
Confirmation Letter of 9-1-1 Address (email to 911addressing@ctcog.org)
Proof of Property Ownership (Deed or tax documents) or Proof of Rental/Lease Agreement

After submitting the application and required documents to the Utility Clerk, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pay the connection fee and deposit.

Billing Information:
Billing Date: Water bills are mailed out on the 25th of each month.
Payment Due Date: Payments are due by 5:00 p.m. on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the payment will be due on the next business day.
Late Fees: A $25.00 late fee will be charged if the payment is not received by the due date stated on the bill.
Disconnection: If payment is not received by the 20th of the month, service will be disconnected, and a $25.00 disconnect fee will be charged. To restore service, the entire balance must be paid. Service will be restored during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Payment Options:
In-Person: Payments can be made at City Hall during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; lunch break from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.).
Night Drop Box: Located on the side of the City Hall door for after-hours payments.
Mail: Payments can be mailed to City Hall.
Online: Pay online here.

Trash Pick-Up Schedule:
Residential Trash Pick-Up: Thursday
Commercial Trash Pick-Up: Monday and/or Thursday

Water and/or Sewer Tap Setup:
To set up a water and/or sewer tap, please complete the appropriate form and email it to the Utility Clerk at WaterClerk@CityOfRogersTx.gov.
