Deposit for a new account is $100.00 for water and a $100.00 connection fee. To setup new service, you will need to pay the deposit and connection fee in full and submit a completed water service application.

Water bills are mailed out the 25th of each month.

Your payment is due by 5:00 p.m. on the 10th of each month.  If the 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, your payment will be due on the next business day after.  If the payment is not received by the due date, you will be charged a late fee. Ten (10) days after the service will be disconnected. If your payment is not received by the 20th day of the month, your service will be disonnected and charged a $25.00 fee. Once your service is discontinued, you will have to pay the entire balance to restore service. Service will restored during regular Water Department hours 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Any requests for after hour restoration, will incur additional fees.

City Hall is open Monday –  Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  Payments can be made at City Hall during business hours. Also, there is a Night Drop Box on the side of the City Hall Door for payments. You can also mail your payment or pay online (see the home page).

Residential Trash pick-up is Thursday.  Commercial Trash pick-up Monday and Thursday for twice a week customers.

The City of Rogers offers online processing for water payments. The handling of all credit or debit card transactions are handled through a third party vendor. A $3.00 convenience fee per hundred dollars which will be added to the final payment if the online option is utilized. Public Works Emergency Contact: When calling in a water or sewer emergency after business hours, you will call 254-642-3312 and select option 2. Leave a message clearly stating your name, phone number, address and your emergency. The message is then delivered to our on call public works crew member, if you do not include the above information in your message, they will not know who to contact for further information pertaining to the emergency.

Projects: Currently the City of Rogers FY 2017 Water System Improvements, Phase 1 is under construction. This work was funded by the Texas Water Development Board through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. The project includes the replacement of approximately 7,427 linear feet of water distribution line and associated services.

The project includes replacements of pumps at the City’s 3 wastewater lift stations and replacement of approximately 5,600 linear feet of wastewater collections line and associated services.
