Utility Service Application

Required Documents:

  • Identification Card or Drivers’ License
  • Confirmation Letter of 9-1-1 Address (Click here for the form, email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
  • Proof of Ownership of Property (Deed or tax documents)
  • Or Proof of Rental/Lease Agreement

After submitting the application and required documents to the Utility Clerk, you will recieve a confirmation email with a link to pay the connection fee and deposit. For a full list of fees, click here.

Water bills are mailed out the 25th of each month.

Your payment is due by 5:00 p.m. on the 10th of each month.  If the 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, your payment will be due on the next business day after.  If the payment is not received by the due date, you will be charged a $25.00 late fee. If your payment is still not received by the 20th day of the month, your service will be disconnected and charged a $25.00 disconnect fee. Once your service is discontinued, you will have to pay the entire balance to restore service. Service will be restored during regular Water Department hours 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

City Hall is open Monday –  Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  Lunch 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Payments can be made at City Hall during business hours. Also, there is a Night Drop Box on the side of the City Hall Door for payments. You can also mail your payment or pay online here.

Residential Trash pick-up is Thursday.  Commercial Trash pick-up Monday and Thursday for twice a week customers.
