Service Policies
Water Service: Disconnections/reconnections occur daily at 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Payments received after 4:00 PM result in next-day service.
Sewer Rates: The City of Rogers calculates residential sewer rates using the average water consumption from the months of December, January, and February.
These winter months are used because outdoor water usage is typically at its lowest, providing a more accurate reflection of indoor, sewer-related water use. The average water usage from this three-month period becomes your sewer billing rate for the following 12 months. By being mindful of water use during December, January, and February, residents may help reduce their sewer costs for the year ahead.
Bulk Trash Service Information
Monthly curbside bulk pickup occurs on Wednesdays. Each household may place up to 4 cubic yards of bulky items or brush at the curb.

- Mattress/Box Spring, Couches, Chairs
- Bed Frames, Small Tables, Hutches & Dressers
- TVs (older screens must be broken out)
- Carpet (cut in 4′ taped sections or in a tied roll)
- Appliances (Washers, Dryers, Stoves)
- Manageable bundled brush
- Tree trunks no larger than 8 inches in diameter
Unacceptable Items
- Construction materials (Sheetrock, Dirt, Rocks etc)
- Batteries & Liquid waste
- Hazardous & Medical waste
- Propane tanks, heaters & Tires
- Refrigerators or A/C units containing refrigerants (unless professionally red-tagged)
- Mowers
- Paint or Chemicals
